Ageing : Wine which aged 6 to 8 months in tanks to keep freshness and fruit.

Tasting : Deep ruby robe, the nose is red fruit backed up by mineral Notes. The most widespread of the Beaujolais Crus is colourful and full-bodied.

Pairing suggestions : Terrine of rabbit , crusty bread. Wine which can be drunk with all disches.
