Ageing : Wine which aged 6 to 8 months in tanks to keep freshness and fruit.

Tasting : In the mouth this lip-smacking wine is both tender and elegant. Its nose is an intermingling of peony, iris ans violet aromas. This wine is refined and very fruity.

Pairing suggestions : Red or white meat. Tagliatelle with citrus zest.
